Traffic control plates

In certain instances our clients look to renew existing Flow Plate systems as opposed to simply replacing them. With certain product lines such as our Directional ramps or sharks teeth ramps it may also not be necessary to replace ramps but rather simply replace cartridges.

It is for this reason that Flow Plates have now begun offering a reconditioning service for a full range of directional ramps, flow plates and Alligator teeth equipment. Our workshops are fully equipped to take on full repair / refurbishment jobs for any variety of flow plate or ramp, even if we are not the original manufacturer. Our service includes replacing steel parts, re-enforcing welding, replacing springs and bushes, shot blasting and re-coating. Our refurbishment service comes with a 6 month guarantee on work and parts.
